I noticed lately that I'm not as much of a goth as I used to be. Sure, I still wear the black, but I wear more colors than I used to, including white. Willingly. I don't know if I'm just maturing or maybe I've grown out of the subculture. I still like the music, but I like a lot of different kinds of music. I don't do the makeup very often, I keep my hair cropped, and I didn't even get that far into the classic goth music. I like the more modern stuff, just not the older. I keep a couple of black wigs in my inventory, and put the pale makeup with it, just not always the pale shades. My makeup style is pretty normal, I don't even own many colors outside of the punks and purply shades, and my fashion is not that gothic. I mainly wear a pocket t-shirt, jeans and black shoes.

I didn't used to be this way, I refused to wear white, and any other color than black would just repulse me.  Maybe I just outgrew the subculture and I'm turning into a norm?

Earlier today, I was having trouble hearing youtube on my stylo 4 phone, it was at maximum volume. Later on, my mp3 player volume was too loud, and it was on my normal volume. I switched over to my stylo 6, and the volume was just right.  Now, its louder, and my mp3 player is back to normal. I have a swollen right ear right now, but what's causing hearing to fluctuate? Its been going in and out for days now, without apparent cause. 

I've mentioned that my stylo 4 may be dying, I don't know when it will. I've had it for about two years now, and the phone app on it keeps messing up. I've had to use my android repair app twice, and it's worked for a while then new problems appear. I'd like to buy this lg stylo 5 I found on eBay, it's on good shape, has a few minor scratches on the protector, but otherwise it's in good shape.

Here's the problem: she bought me a brand new stylo 6 that I hate, refuse to use it no matter what, but she also spent almost $400 on it with case and everything. She says I Have to use this thing of my stylo 4 dies, and I can't do that. I've already stated my reasons. 

This stylo 5 + on eBay is going to cost about $90, which I can cover with my money I got at the casino. It's free shipping, and I would use it gladly. How do I convince her to let me buy it?

As you may know, the stylo 6 my mom bought for me did not work out. Is there a better phone in the LG lineup that would be a good replacement for my stylo 4, when it eventually goes dead? It would have to have a similar sound system on it, features don't matter that much, as long as it easy to use. It needs to be a good phone though, similar to my stylo 4.

I take metformin for my diabetes, and a year or so ago, my doctor halved the dose due to significant weight loss. Well, the weight loss was a false reading on my home scale. Should I go back to the previous dosage due to dramatic weight gain? I went from 286# to almost 300#, and it seems like I need to reinstate the dosage from before.  But there's a slight problem though, maybe due to my eating as often as I should, I've been getting a few low blood sugars during the day, after consuming a lot of sugar overnight. 

Should I go back to the previous dosage of the metformin, to deal with the sugar overload? My a1c has gone up too, so there's that factor to consider.

I just got an lg stylo 6 last Wednesday, and I Hate the sound system. Is there a way to make the system more manageable? I can lower the volume, but that cuts into the lower tones, like speech and that kind of thing. Is there a way to make the sound/volume less intense? That's the only thing keeping me from using it.

I just got an LG stylo 6, and its mainly really good. Only problem is, the sound system hits me like nails on a chalkboard.  I've watched a few videos on youtube on it, and I don't like it. Is there a way to cut off the ultra HD part and get it back to standard? This sound system on the phone is just driving me crazy, and Kay says I can't get a different phone. I previously had a stylo 4, but the phone part stopped working.

I hadn't used my glycolic acid for a couple of weeks due to a cold house(fixed now), and earlier I applied a small amount to my face to exfoliate some dead skin. The burning was horrible, it felt like my face was on fire.  Is this normal for this to happen when acid pads are super cooled by sub freezing temperatures? Before, I just got a light tingle feeling, but now it's a fricking burning.

I just bought a brand new heater, and it's set to 85F, which is the temperature I like in my house, it's been going for hours, but I'm cold. No matter what heater I buy or use, I can't seem to warm up. Is it just me? I can come back from running errands, and the house will be warm, but within minutes, I'll be cold. Is it just me, or is it the house?

My dish style heater died a couple of days ago, and I need a new one to last to the warmer months. My furnace isn't running, and I need something to heat my living room. Any ideas on a good brand that will heat a 20x15 room?

Okay, I regained my full hearing just recently, and now the house sounds weird. I can clearly hear my stereo from my room to the living room, I can hear my heartbeat, and I can even hear my breath. Other than that, the house seems Way too still and quiet. Is there anything I can do to fix this? A white noise machine would just be too expensive, and since it's winter, I can't run a fan. What can I do to get some background noise in my living so that it doesn't drive me batty in there?

I have a mystery on my hands..Ive had hearing problems since I was a kid, where I haven't been able to make out what people are saying. It was like I had way too much earwax in my ears, and nothing was getting through. The last month or so, my hearing has gotten so sharp that now the house is too quiet. No buzzing, no house sounds, just quiet. I can hear the stereo in my room clearly, and otherwise the house is too still. I can hear my breathing, I can hear the mice scratching around, everything. But the air is too still. There's no house sounds. Also, there's very little wax in my ears. It's hard to describe. Why is this happening now, and not before?

I bought an mp4 player at a local tech shop that I frequent, I don't like it. I've had it for three days, tested it out, it's great, but the format is not good for me. It plays primarily albums, but doesn't have a music list. If you want to play individual songs outside of a album, as in singles, you have to put it on random. I got it for $25, since I'm a frequent and good customer there, and it was a suggestion that that would be a possible alternative than trying to fix one that had a lot of technical issues that kept it from running right. Originally, it was $35, but I got a discount.  

I don't want to return it, and disappoint the shop owner, but if I don't like it because of the format, what do I do with it?

My mom always seems to get the short end of the stick when we get takeout. I'll go and get the food, bring it out to the car and get home, and something is either missing or destroyed. It's not the restaurant's fault, something just always seems to go wrong. Today, we got mexican, and we stopped by my house to drop off my groceries, and on the way out of the van, my foot caught on the bag handle. I fixed it, thinking hopefully that wasn't hers, and it turned out it Was hers. This seems to happen in some form each time, while my stuff is perfectly fine. Is this maybe just a case of bad luck, or what is it?

I promised a friend of mine that runs a tech repair business that I would help promote his shop, but I don't know how to do it. He's just starting out, and could use the patronage.

Okay, a little history lesson, there were several ages of materials used in weapons, starting with stone, then bone, then copper, then bronze, then iron, then to steel. Right now, our strongest material is titanium.  According to historians, bronze stood up pretty well against iron, that iron simply held an edge longer that bronze. Now we have steel. It holds an edge pretty well, so would it cut an iron sword in half in a fight?  Or would the iron sword block it and keep going? 

I dont get made up very often,  so my mascaras don't get much use. Would it be better to get travel size ones on Amazon? My favorite one is discontinued and is only available there. I have others that I like, but not as much. Are the full size ones more expensive than the trial size? Trying to decide which size mascaras to replace the ones I threw out.

I found out on YouTube that mascara only lasts for three months after opening before it goes bad. What if you had bought a set of travel size mascaras a year before, but haven't opened the tubes yet? I got made up recently, and had this concern. On a side note, I used a six month old l/p foundation, and now I have a giant zit above my right eye.

Okay, a little explanation first. I haven't used my eyeliners, lip glosses or lipsticks or eyeshadow in over a year now, maybe two. I've used my foundations frequently, but the rest of the stuff has just been sitting in their boxes forever, and I don't see me using them anytime in the near future. I primarily just wear the wigs, and sometimes the foundation. The rest of the stuff is just sitting in the boxes. I just haven't been interested in getting all made up in quite awhile, so why keep it around? My mom says I should just box it up, tape the box shut and put it in a closet for a few months. If I should feel like using it again, it would still be there. If it does turn out that I don't even want it anymore, which I don't, should I just dump it? 

Okay, yesterday, my mom and I were unloading stuff from Sam's Club and there was some guy passing by, and he stopped and said that there had been several raccoons in the neighborhood terrorizing people and pets, and that his own dog was chased by one. He said my backyard was overgrown and that was most likely where they were coming from, and if maybe we needed help to get rid of them. Kay just sent him away, since the neighborhood doesn't have raccoons. We have a lot of possums, but no raccoons. That plus our backyard is kept well taken care of. She had me look into the shed, just to be safe, and nothing but old tools and stuff was there. This was obviously a scam, but it wasn't one I'd seen before. Has anyone else run into something like this?
