Is it ok to bring food to hand out to colleagues as occasional treat?
Sometimes the colleagues give out food such as baked goods and other snacks to colleagues, so I'd like to the same in general. No reason at all. Could it create a negative impression??

Typically food brings people closer together.
Why would that be a bad thing?
Humans are social creatures. Many co-workers compensate lack of shoulder by going out to drink and party together.
So why not to do these things in a more civil manner?
Of course, bring occasional treats and warm up the environment!
