Could this be fraud or a crime?

My Aunt had some insurance information sent to my address but used her name, She lives on the other side of town. Is that a crime? We are having problems with her and we may have to take her to court. Maybe this is a silly question. Please try to back up your claim with sources. Please provide links if you can!

Update:

Could this be a form of harassment? Any other kind of crime? I doubt she was trying to file a claim.

    WAY too little detail.

Just asking for information? No problem.

Using your address in any filing or on any contract could constitute fraud.

Best bet is to take a copy of the envelope with her name / your addy on it and then write on it NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS......send it back..........
