Could I be charged now for spoofing someone's caller ID months ago?

Can someone press charges for today for something I did back in December,2012? In December,I was accused of spoofing someones caller ID and telephone harassment and sexual harassment. We are having problems in the family which started back in 2011. My grand mother doesn't want to see them because of their past behavior. can she decide to have me charged with spoofing her caller ID (this would be for revenge since I haven't done it since). Would a prosecutor charge me with it even though I'm no longer spoofing her caller ID and harassing her? If I was the prosecutor I wouldn't charge the parson unless he/she starts again. I know the statue of limitations hasn't passed but to use the justice system for revenge if you know what mean. She filed a police report but hasn't pressed charges. She may decide to try to use the justice system for revenge because she can't see her grandmother, she likes to blame me for her behavior. She sent me nasty emails and my grand mother thinks her behavior is disgusting. I live on the east coast and she lives on the west coast. I will take my life before I go to prison. Should I worry about this me being charged?

Yes, as I said in the question that you've deleted, you can still be charged with that offense, even if you've stopped offending.
