My father in law passed a year after his wife's death. I'm worried that this will be too much for the Queen, do you hope she will be Okay?

I hope that the Queen will do alright...it is not uncommon for spouses to die after one after the other. The Queen appears to be made of stern material, but I can see why you are worried--the Queen will be 95 years of age in a few days.

It's not uncommon for widows and widowers to die within a short time of the spouse's death, but often they soldier on for quite a while. The Queen has made it this far, and she's proved she's a tough lady.  I suspect she has some years left in her.

I would be very surprised if she knew anything about your father in law. Thats if you ever had one troll.

People die every day but the Queen doesn't get told about every death that happens there is no reason why she would .

    Look up supermodel Miranda Kerr.

Her Grandfather passed away.. than one week after his funeral her grandmother passed away too.

I can sense that this might happen to the queen as well.. and Charles will be the e king much sooner than we all thought.

I do believe the stress that Meghan Markle has caused the family may have lead to his earlier demise, and then lead to the Queen’s early demise..

So we can all hope that when Charles becomes king he will banish Markle from the royal family..

As for Harry, we’ll I guess he made his own bed..

I'm sorry for your loss. Was the Queen close to your father in law?

Hopefully but you don't know what the future will hold for the Queen, at some point she is going to be die, as she has been with Philip for many decades, they married in 1947, for some people that has been even longer than they have been alive. Philip just close to his 100th birthday, and missed it by 2 months. This is the first time she has been single, since she married him, and now she is a widow, but they had a very long marriage to each other.

Usually happens when individuals are close and the only ones supporting one another. The Queen looks like she's taken care of by many, but I wonder how close she was with her husband.

    I wonder about that too

I hope she can have family and friends nearby to comfort her
