I’ve lived out west for my whole life in rural and superb areas. What’s it like living in a huge city? How’s getting around? Restaurants? Fun activities? Etc

New York City isn't a single city - it's 200 distinct cities. Living on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is nothing like living in Washington Heights. Living in a loft in DUMBO is nothing like living in a bungalow in Gerritsen Beach. Living in Far Rockaway is a world away from living in Forest Hills. And living in the Stapleton projects is a far cry from living in a split level in Great Kills.
