I am sick to death of seeing adverts for life insurance and funeral covers, any comments ?
Because KNOW ONE seems to realise that when the person dies , these companies don't need to pay out because the person won't be alive to fight it, and be alive to do anything about it lol

Life insurance isn't paid out to the DEAD person. It's paid out to beneficiaries, whom a person designates when they take out the policy. THEY get the money. Companies wouldn't stay in business long if they didn't pay out on their obligations.

That is really very foolish. Life insurance is designated to one or more beneficiaries. Some give option to cash out, depending on the type of insurance.

You yourself don't seem to realize it's the family members who handle the details on those after death.

You are a moron and have no clue how life insurance works.
Do you have a question? You didn't actually ask one.

What a foolish question.
Firstly the law will protect the policy holder and the holders will HAVE to honour their contract by law
Secondly virtually every person who has died has a relative or estate administrator who would make sure the terms of the policy were carried out.
Any company who refused to pay out would be taken to court and they would not be in business for long.

Yes but if they have No family or Friends they are screwed, the companies can just blame computer error 😏😏

Ask your parents if your family or friends has any relatives who have collected under life insurance.

Do you not realise that life insurance and pre paid funeral services are a legal contract and in place so the family makes the claim and/or the executor/rix of the persons Estate

You don't quite get how life insurance works, do you?
The beneficiary can take the company to court if it doesn't pay.
