Is This Vizio E421VO LCD Tv Worth Fixing? Weird Screen w/ Green Haze & Pixely?

I put up a small video of what it's doing. Did a factory reset on the tv, took it apart, checked the connections (they're all fine). Just bought from a local who claimed it was perfect so trying to figure out if I should sell it as-is (good luck getting a refund) or if it's worth getting a cheap part and fixing... Here is link to video PLEASE WATCH IN HD (click the settings box and select the top option for quality) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRHFbJ-JUzc - the video was using cable via the component connection. With HDMI and component cable connected to the BluRay player, it'll be green lines and staticky looking (not clear picture) on either most of the picture or merely on the right half side. Thank you all for your time! Hoping it is fixable! Calling Vizio tomorrow.

Your video was blocked. Good luck on this - I suspect the repair cost will exceed the price of a new set, but get an estimate anyway as you might luck out here.
