2006 Ninja katana 600 vs 2003 YZF 600R vs 2000 Ninja ZX600?

Hello, I'm looking at buying a motorcycle, and right now these are my options for used bikes. Could you tell me the ups and downs of each and which one you would buy in my case? Each are about $2.5k a piece.

Update:

25k miles for the yamaha, 15k for the ninja, and 7k for the Ninja. Also that first one shouldn't say Ninja Katana.

Theres no such thing as a ninja katana. Suzuki made the Katana line whilst Kawasaki made the ninjas.

As for the question. None of those are suitable for a novice.
