Will my power adapter work in Israel?
I bought a power adapter for Spain last summer. For small stuff my my ipod and phone to be charged, nothing big. A simple two round prong adapter. I'm now going to Israel and need an adapter for the same reason. some of the pictures i've seen of Israeli outlets look very similar to the ones in Spain. Will my adapter work well enough or will i have to buy a new one for this trip?

Depends on what it is for. Israel uses the 220V standard while North America uses the 110V standard. Quite a few items support dual voltage (e.g. my shaver). You MUST check with the documentation first though. If it supports 220V, then the only thing you need is a plug adapter. If it does not, then you'll need something that converts between 110V -> 220V. My suggestion is that you purchase it in Israel in a hardware store since the chances are that it is cheaper there and more widely available.
