On the small blck chevy heads .006" milled off = 1 cc
Vortec heads are rated at 64cc, but every set I have CC'ed has been 62-63cc stock
So yours will be 61-62cc heads
That gives you 9.97403:1 to 10.0878:1 compression
If 63cc on the heads, it would be 9.86305:1

That little milling should NOT affect the compression. If you used "Dome Top"pistons you may increase
compression but just milling will not significantly change anything. The .031 gasket may have a very slight difference but not noticeable
