I need to buy a personal computer. Which is better a laptop or netbook?

Can you please recommend a good, reasonably-price computer (brand)?

    Netbooks are typically for just basic internet use laptops are mobile computers and have almost the same functions as a home computer. I would recommend getting a laptop it has what you need in a computer, a netbook doesn't.

    Definitely the laptop. You could use sites like Best Buy to help narrow down your search by brand, specs, & price.

    Do not get a Netbook unless you want a screen that is too small and a key board that is too cramped. D: Oh God. My roommate has a Netbook, and using it makes me feel like I'm in computer hell! >:)

    Oh and she frikkin' hates it too.
