What is the meaning of life?

Question

In your own words what would your answer be to the following questions; 
What is the meaning of life? What's it all about? Who are we? and why are we here? I'm sat here thinking of the existence on our planet and earth in general, so many people have been born and billions more have died. We are just a very tiny speck that exist within the universe that we even don't know how big it is and if ever there is a start and and end point to it.

This type of thinking has in a way changed the way I live.
Please guys, I'd love to hear your own comments and views on this, not to be preached at. Cheers

Life is about friendship, endeavour, hard work, sex, play and achieving your dreams. Everyone was born a champion, we just need the courage and will power to change our destiny

In my opinion, this world was created by having the perfect available ingredients. It was a 1 in a billion trillion chance that this scenario could occur. Once the spark of life was created, the entire purpose of that living cell was to reproduce. So now comes survival...as you see today with all living creatures of earth, you need to survive in order to reproduce...so any living thing will do whatever is necessary to survive.

What you see today with people is the same exact thing as other living things...except we try to camouflage it with  jobs, homes, etc....but it all comes down to the same thing once you remove all the artificial materials.

IMHO, i tend to believe life has no meaning. If everyone lives with a purpose, then it's funny that not everyone ended up the same kind of life (lifestyle, wealth, ideology) and stuffs.

So, when life has no meaning in it, we are free to choose. I can choose to believe I can do something I like to fill my living time, I can choose to spend more time on my family if I think it worths it. I can choose to devote time on researches, if i like it. There's no constriction, so to speak.

Well, it's just my personal opinion and I love freedom a little more. Take care!

To me it is living to the full, not holding back. having someone to love and to hold, to cherish, together to take the knocks, and the pleasures, and look all the time for contentment, rather than seeking happiness all the time. that is impossible.  I had such a life for 48years with one person and it was bliss.
  now i have been a widower for 20years. Time though, now is too short for a second chance.

life for me is what i make in daily basis .  so that i will live healthy and happy . i have to take foods necessary of maintaining  it . life is something that we should enjoy because it is a gift , that we are given a chance to see the world . to feel the air in our face . to smell blooming flowers . to love to be loved . to reproduce offspring so that we have somebody to replace us after our life on earth . that we have the body functions  to do it in proper way and in good manners . we are all the same when it comes to body formationsand structures  . that normally we have two hands . two feet body that could live hundred years if we take care of our body , that we have the nice brains so that we could ask questions like you are now asking . i hope i make you happy with my answers and best wishes for you with your healthy  body and good mind too
