If I never use all of my RAM will more be faster?
I have a Logitech G15 keyboard which shows my CPU and RAM usage at all times. I have never once seen my RAM usage go over 75%. Does that mean that adding more RAM would be pointless?

If it never goes up to 75 then yes it would be pointless but if your computer uses 100% ram then you should upgrade

Yes. Adding more RAM is pretty much pointless for you at the moment. You should upgrade the worst part of your computer.
