sleeping pills to commit suicide?

I'm pretty young and even i know thats not the answer. Please get help. Doing the extreme gets you no where, just get therapy there's always help out there.

Please don't do this! There is so much more to life than sadness!!!! Its the wrong way to go!!! This is horrible and wrong and no matter what there will be ppl who grieve you. Doesn't matter what you look like on the outside or what you have or your life style. Whatever you look like right now I know is better than a cold pale moldy lifeless body. I know what you have right now is better than a coffin. I know what your lifestyle right now is better than no lifestyle at all. When you hurt urself. You hurt all those who care about you and that is just selfish!!! Just hold on and remember all the good things in life that aren't worth giving up!!!! The picture you have up is beautiful and if that isn't you then I'm still sure if I saw you I would notice every great and gorgeous things about you! If it is about love....well that's jus not fair!!! All those guys that go noooooo! Just because their chances with you are over!!! Really! Please just put down the pills and get a paintbrush or a camera or a pencil and draw write photograph!!Don't do it!!!

First off People Who Aren't Coping With Depression Shouldn't even answer this question because Honestly They Don't have A clue how it feels. And Second Off Just Because She is Having VERY bad suicidal thoughts doesn't mean She is Crazy Depression is a chemical in balance in your brain. it has nothing to do with how crazy you are. how do i know this? I am Suicidally Depressed too. And Hanging your Self Would take to long. I am not saying you should kill yourself. But maybe tell someone what's wrong. You Don't even need to tell a family member or a Therapist because People who have never been depressed like us have no idea how it feels. And people telling us that we shouldn't kill ourselves just makes us want to do it even more. I would like to talk to you... By your picture you seem young like a teen like me. And i was thinking that maybe i could help you since i am going through the same thing right now?

I can completely understand, I have been there.

I took a bunch of pills, including sleeping pills, in the hope of never waking up. And I almost succeeded. But my parents fought to keep me on a life support machine and I woke up in the ICU with my family around me, heartbroken.

I cannot explain how horrible I felt that I was causing my family so much pain. So I cannot imagine how my death would have affected them.

Please, do not go through with this. The most likely outcome is that you will either vomit or wake up in the hospital and then have to stay in a psychiatric hospital which is HELL and I would not wish that on my worst enemy.

I promise you, from first hand experience,that things do get better. I worked really hard with my nurses and psychiatrist and I am back to living my life happily. something that I never thought I'd do again.

So there is hope, you just need to fight for it, Please.

How about you take one sleeping pill, go to bed, wake up in the morning and find some help. Or call a suicide hotline right now and get help. Please don't try to kill yourself. It will get better.

No No No! i've been in your shoes and walked through that and i almost killed myself and i look back ever day and that the lord that i didn't it WILL get better trust me this feeling is only temporary (meaning a month a year or even a hour) trust me it wont last for ever. email me and i'll give you my personal phone number so we can talk this through!

more often than not sleeping pills will not kill you - instead they will cause permanent liver & kidney damage - that makes life so much better really

No , you don't "NEED" to kill yourself . You DO need to get help .
