do i have the right to look at repairs made by previous landlord?
The landlord said that there was broken tile that needed to be replaced( it's actually linoleum, not tile) and charged 120 to fix it. Do I have the right to view the replaced "tile" because the linoleum was installed over trim. It used to be carpeted. Since the linoleum was installed over the trim and there is quite a raise that it will only split again for the new tenant because it doesn't sit flush with the floor. Hopefully you get what I mean.

If this has to do with the landlord withholding $120 from your security deposit, you would have to sue in small claims to get that back.
I doubt the landlord is going to let you into the place to inspect. He could argue you are not a professional, so what do you know about tile/linoleum and how much it would cost? LOL

Was the tile broken when you moved in? Probably not and that is why you are being charged to fix it. It doesn't matter if it was incorrectly fixed and will crack again for the next tenant... not your problem.

No, you have no rights to be on the property after your contract has completed.
