Blue Screen of Death...?

I guess my computer crashed... How do I fix it????

Update:

This is what it says when I try to start up the computer::::

STOP: c0000135 (Unable to Locate Component) This application has failed to start because USP 10.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

It won't let me go anywhere from there and I dunno how to reinstall whatever application it wants...

    Most likely it is due to windows registry errors. Fix it by downloading RegInOut.
