Where Can I Get Information Regarding Having an ENTIRE Hear of Hair Cut? I saw it online years ago...?
This may sound ridiculous or confusing but I recall seeing some website or videos a few years ago (within the past 5 years) where people would tie their hair into a ponytail and then have their head shaved at the base of their head to ensure the longest amount of hair to be cut off as possible. A friend wants to donate to locks of love and I mentioned this to them and they'd REALLY like to have this done but we need more information so they can find a place locally who would do it. Hopefully I've put enough information so someone can help! Thanks a bunch!
Hello and thank you for your answer however it is not what I'm looking for. I recall seeing somewhere online where they COMPLETELY cut the entire head of hair down to the scalp, basically, I believe they use an electric razor to get all of the hair as possible. Nobody's heard of this?
