Anyone have sorority life on facebook, i have some questions?

I just joined this for fun and i am having a blast. Im looking for people to join my house if interested messege me, io dont know how to do it unless your a friend on facebook.

My questions are:

If you have played for a long time, does it get more challenging? i heard that the longer you play the more of each item you have to have to advance, like 7 cars 3 dresses etc. I didnt know that so i was just selling everything i got more then one of which i guess wasnt smart consdering its at half value.

Also how do you earn brownie points?
