Outfit help please?!? ?

I need a cute dress for a semi-formal dance. I'm 13 years old and in 8th grade. I'm tall and slender, so I was hoping for something to show off my figure. I wanted the dress to be either strapless or spaghetti strapped. I have tan skin and very, very dark hair, so maybe something to help my skin stand out? I've looked everywhere and I can't find anything, and I've started freaking out about buying a dress. Help please? Also could you attach pictures? Thanks so much!

k well i cant show u any pics but u should try a color in wine color that would bring out ur skin color and u should either get a dress thats a little shorter that ur knee or a long one that is tightat the stomace and around the waist
