Does it look ok for a guy to wear Sandals with Khaki pants or jeans when going out?

It depends on where you are. In a beach town, reef sandals with jeans or khakis are acceptable. Other than that, not really. Closed toed shoes or sneakers are more appropriate. Unless you just worked out and want to grab a bite before you shower. Then I guess those are fine lol

The pic shows a shower sandal.  Wear that one in gym showers or at swimming pools.  Actual street sandals would be OK at some restaurants, but not all.   Also, you should use the word "man" when that's what you mean. 

You should wear socks and not worry about any fashion statement. Most people are disgusted by anybody who wears sandals and shows off their ugly smelly toes. Besides, with strangers, you have no idea how clean their bodies are, do you really want to eat food around them?!

No. The only place where you can wear sandals is the swimming pool or beach. If you're wearing pants or jeans, you need closed-toe leather shoes or at least a pair of sneakers

just don't wear socks with sandals or else the fashion police will arrest you

Those are the ugliest dammed things I’ve ever seen in my life. Sandals are ok; those p-o-c’s are inappropriate outside the bathroom.

That sandal is more a shower/beach/round the house sandal. But a leather sandal is just fine.  

A lot of guys wear sandals like those when going out. Go for it.
