Someone help me with a song from a musical?

Can anyone tell me the name of this song or even the musical it came from?? I thought it came from wicked, but I've searched every song from wicked and it isn't any of them. It's a song about a girl who just moved into her apartment on a street in new york city and she goes on to explain how noisy it is and how her neighbor sings a capella and how noisy it is in general. Any help would be appreciated!!

    Its actually from Rent but I can't remember the name.
