Can debt collectors monitor phone use?
I've noticed something, but it could just be coincidence or my imagination. Can a debt collector know when you have just been on the phone? It seems like I will just get off the phone and a minute later my phone rings and it's a debt collector.

NO they can not and if they harass you after 9pm in the evening or the threaten you you do have rights and you will also be able to sue them I have and have won it takes time but it can work
my suggestion is when you do have contact with them write everything down and record the conversation so if there are threats and inappropriate behaver from them you have proof that will do good for you in court
