Atheists: Is there a question you really want to ask?

Question

I know a lot of Christians won't give you serious answers, or answers beyond "just trust in God."  Which serious question do you most want an answer to?  I know it's unlikely that I'll be able to give an answer that satisfies your idea of a concrete answer, but I will sincerely do my best.

Why doesn't God heal amputees?  Why can't God regenerate lost limbs?  Does he not listen to their prayers?
