Capital one Auto is done all online?

If Capital one Auto Finance is all done online, how do I sell my car to a potential buyer if I can't go to a local bank branch when they are my lienholder?

There are lots of people out there saying "The two of you (buyer and seller) should go to the local office of the lien holder and finalize the papers there," and "Take your check and meet the seller at the lender office so that the transaction will be done correctly," but this only applies to lenders such as Chase or Wells Fargo...

Capital One Auto is such a P.I.T.A., how do I do it smoothly with the buyer through this ONLINE bank?

I'm the seller, I'm in Texas.

Update:

Yes I asked them by email and they told me verbatim, "You might not get much assistance at a branch in regards to your auto loan as they are not able to service it at that level. "

There are Capitol One branches, try going to one of those and do the transaction there, also send an email to Capital one asking them for advice
