Would I look retarded going to a MLB baseball game myself?

No done it myself and know many others who have. You would look retarted if you wore a Mariners jersey to that game. Or some other team that isn't playing in that game.

I know nothing of this MLB thing I'm from the UK where we are still fascinated at the interest in David Beckham and proper football or soccer as you like to call it.

No I don't think so. If anybody thought you were retarded for going alone, then THEY would be the retarded ones. Even though it is more fun to go with someone, it's also lots of fun to go to any game! Hope you enjoy yourself and stop worrying about what others think. :)

Not if you look cool and act like you understand the fact with out being a total bore. Of course, having enough money to buy the goodlooking woman you have noticed a beer and hotdog now and drinks after the game would help.

hey, don't worry about going alone. i went to the cardinals game alone where they received their world series rings. i could only get one ticket for it. i also went to a yankees redsox game at yankee stadium alone, because again, i could only get one ticket. i still had a great time. both of these games were this year. just go and enjoy yourself. no one is going to be paying attention to you enough to be like "hey that loser is by himself!". have fun!

Let me see there are what 20,000 people or more at a ball game. Who's going to notice you are alone? Actually your not alone you are there with everyone else. Go to the game and have some fun!!!!

i live in chicago where cubs fans go alone all the time. lol. i haven't had to yet but i'm a cardinals fan and there's never a shortage of those :) i say go have a good time. i always make friends with the people sitting around me anyway.
