Janitorial services usually handle businesses/offices. You can certainly ask your housekeeper, though. You don't apply for employees, you place an ad or go through an agency.

Many countries have very strict regulation on foreign workers not just maid. This may related with protecting their own job market. So does labour source countries. They also have many regulation to prevent their people from abuse, ... etc.

When employer try to deploy house maid to help in business. Please check maid's work permit issue terms and conditions. In some countries it could be so strict that employer could face jail term and heavy fine.

It depends on the laws of your country. In some, domestic maids are just that, they can work only in your house and if caught working in your factory, you can get into trouble and the maid might get deported, assuming she's from another country.

Housemaids are for household chores. For business, recruite some staffs.
