I'm confused about your definition of a 'regular job'.  Having your own business is a regular job just like working for a huge corporation is.  One puts you more in control of your own life and gives you something to be passionate about.  The other, for most people, is just working for a paycheck and trying to get more than that 2% raise each year.

There’s nothing wrong with having a regular job. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to run your own business either. People are different and will make different decisions based on what they feel best for their individual situations.

Hi, that's a very interesting question. Here's my opinion for this:

There's nothing wrong with having a regular job since it consistently pays us and it provides us lots of benefits.

People are trying to run their own business because of many reasons like earning much money. The harder they work for their business, the higher it pays them back through profit. Another reason is having a flexible schedule. They can spend more time with their families since they are the boss of their own business. They have the privilege to decide and able to apply their creativity on it. That's an example why people try to run their business.

Most of the Entrepreneurs nowadays are hiring a virtual assistant to run the business smoothly and to experience work-life balance.
