  7 hours in Germany. What are some things I must do?

  I will have a 7 hour layover in Munich, Germany and I would like a couple of things to do (that are possible) in that time. Whether I stay in the airport or take a taxi to somewhere close, I want to get the taste of Germany.

  First on the list is, have a beer, of course.

  Munich Germany car rentals for people under 25 (will be 24) that don’t charge an arm and a leg.?

  I am going to Munich Germany next June and will only be 24. I turn 25 June 30th. Anyways what car rental companies do not charge an arm and a leg underage fees? I see you can rent a car of 16 euros but then there is a 21 euro fee for being underage. Is there a company that doesn’t do this in Germany?

  Goodness no. I’d much rather spend my day in Munich or around Munich. I’d buy a good tourbook and download a walking tour. Allow and hour to get from MUC to the main train station (or back) and stroll through the English Garden, sit in some of the historic beer halls, visit a museum...
