So I have a rental and me and my wife have been tossing around the idea of selling. But due to both state and federal pretty much saying I can't because i can't evict. When the time comes that i can evict to sell, but the market goes down. Am i able to claim losses on taxes to make back the lost money? Today its about 420k but at this moment I cant do anything until Dec 27th. Lets say my house is only worth 385k at that time. Thats me losing 35k due to not being able to sell when I want to. 

I'm looking to replace my pop up battery. Ive been looking and im just getting super confused with this electrical stuff. I went to bulbs and batteries and the nice lady recommended a duracell AGM battery thats does 105ah@20hr. I know the 105 ah means amp hours, and to my knowledge thats the batteries capacity. So does this mean this battery can dish out 105 amps for 20 hours straight until it dies? This seems like ALOT of power this battery is able to produce making me think I'm misunderstanding this. Can someone please let me know if I'm correct or put this in a simple way to understand?

This summer the family has a vacation going from western Washington to Wyoming. I am using google maps and it says its about a14.5 hour trip. But I'll be towing a pop up trailer and will only travel 60-65mph. So assuming that speed is slower than the posted speed limit, naturally it'll take longer than that 14.5 hours. But I dont know how much longer. Anyone know of a way to plan a trip that shows all major route speed limits? 

I got a pop up trailer and I'm finding weights from 3100-3500. I dont know what it is exactly. Nor do I know what its tounge weight is. I'll be useing a subaru ascent (5k tow limit) to tow and owners manual says no weight distribution hitch. I belive the car weighs in the neighborhood of 4500lbs. So if I hook up and go on a scale, and I only pull up so the weight is just the vehicle with myself and tounge weight, and it comes to say 5000lbs and total weight with trailer its 8200lbs. Is it safe to assume its vehicle weight 4500lbs, me 200lbs, and trailer 3500lbs with 300lbs on the hitch? Or is my method wrong? I know there is more to towing than just this. I feel im getting a decent grasp on the other parts, its just how to correctly figure out and apply weights thats a speed bump for me. Because I always overthink everything. But any help is appriciated and I thank you for your time.

let me start by saying im not asking the difference between a 2wd only truck vs a 4x4 truck. i know 4x4 has added weight etc..that hurt mpg. im asking if you take the same  truck that gets say 20 mpg highway in 2wd mode. about what would you say its mpg loss would be doing the same highway run but in 4hi. i know itll get less because now the engine is moving an extra driveshaft, axle, tires etc... but its not moving anymore weight and aerodynamics will be the same aswell. because that weight is still present in 2wd. im asking this question simply because i am curious what will happen, im not concerned about mpg lose in a truck. i understand its a truck and not a prius. i just dont know if its a small 10% reduction or as much as a 50% or more reduction. thanks

Last night my rental had a kitchen fire. I already have the ball rolling on insurance to get things done. This fire was clearly my tenant/his girlfriends fault. They left oil in a pan on the stove top and left it unattended. I can understand if the fire was caused by like faulty wiring that i would be responsible for the deductible. But since it was his fault is it his responsibility? 

I have an 8 gallon husky air compressor. Its 150psi and 3.7 cfm (or whatever acronym is) @ 90psi. There is a tool kit that it says the impact drill requires 4.0 @ 90 psi. What can I expect to happen if I try to use it. Like will it not work at all, or will it just be a touch less powerful? Im fine if it takes a little longer to do the job because its just for at home use. Just dont want to buy something that wont work at all with my compressor. 

So over the summer my house I was renting had the living room ceiling collapse. Luckely no one was in the room at the time. Anyways the company gave us a 1700$ check to cover part of the damages that occured from the collapse. But I just got tax papers from the company so I can file it. I could understand needing to file it, if I profited that money. But I didnt profit from it at all. That money was used to partially replace things. So do I need to file it seeing how I didn't gain from it?

I know this is a VERY vauge question. But who do you think is better. I dont mean a fight between lugia and Ho-oh. But to take down gyms and raid battles of any kind. Who do you think would be just the better, generaly used pokemon, out of those 2

I have a 4tb external hard drive that is plugged into my desktop and works as it should. but when I try to connect it to another computer (desktop and laptop) it does show up in disk manager but not file manager. so I cant retrieve data or anything of that nature. but when I hook it back up to the original desktop it started on it works as it should. how can I make the hard drive connect to any computer and have it work as a normal external hard drive? any help is appreciated

I have a western digital 4tb hard drive. worked just fine on my last computer. but I got a new one and its about as useful as a paperweight at this time. its not showing up in file explorer but it does show up in disk manager and showing the correct disk size of 4tb. it says its working correctly in device status. but its also saying it not initialized. when I open disk manager to initialize (whether its MBR or GBT....whatever those mean) it says access denied. my account is set to administrator. how do I solve this problem? any help is appriciated

I m looking at a husky compressor. 8 gal 135psi and 3.7@90 psi 1.8hp motor. But there is a tool set i like that all the tools are 4.0@90psi. Would this compressor be able to power these tools? I know it can t power them constantly but like will it work to remove a few bolts before needing to be stop to build pressure. I don t see me needing air tools alot. I m just wondering if something were to come up from time to time that does require some air tool use would this compressor be fine?

I am trying to play, morrowind, oblivion, and skyrim (haven't attempted this with skyrim yet) but I want to use a controller as if it were on a console. I have a surface pro 2 running windows 10. I have the controller hooked up and calibrated it with the joy.cpl thing. morrowind "sees" the controller but I cant figure out how to map it and oblivion has no controller option when the controller is plugged in. can anyone help me to get these games to play as if I were playing them on the 360?

I have a 2010 ram 4x4 with the 545rfe transmission. I was wondering what I can expect from the shift kit, performance wise, mpg, longevity, etc.... Also I ve read it makes it shift harder and that s what s holding me up the most on wanting to do it. Like if I m normal driving does it get annoying or can you not even feel it? If (assuming its done right) someone were to get in my truck, would they think something is wrong with it from the hard shifting? Any info helps, thank you

Me and my wife got a 3rd line on our plan for a tablet. Tmoble was offering a free tablet with the added line. We like the tablet but i want a better one. But i dont know what to look for to make sure if i swap the sim card out of this one that it will work in the new one? I know the other tablet wont work if its locked to another carrier. But if it isnt locked what do i need to look for to make sure a simple sim card swap will work?

my wife wants a Durango with 3rd row seats. only problem is 3rd row seats puts the Durango out of our price range. if we get one that seats just 5 for now, is it possible to install the 3rd row down the road?

im deploying soon and my wife is taking my truck to go back home. but our avenger will stay behind and sit for about a year. (11-13 months) I already know that the battery will be dead, tires will be flat, im mainly concerned about the gas and oil. im sure there is probably something I can just add to the gas to make it ok to sit for a year. as for the oil, the only thing im concerned with is the oil will drain all to the bottom of the engine leaving the top half dry. is there a way I can prevent that from happening? no one will be there to start the car for the year so I need to make it ready for a year of no use. any info helps. thank you

I just got a 2010 ram, hemi 4x4 5 speed auto tranny and it has 78000 miles on it. ive been doing some looking around and it looks like my tranny and transfer case was due at 60000. to be on the safe side ide like to just change them for piece of mind, and know they were done. but I looked in the owners manual and can only find the type of automatic fluid, and I don't know if its a nvg 246 transfer case fluid or the atf+4 fluid for the transfer case. also it does give how much fluid each will take. I can youtube how to do it, but if anyone can tell me how much of each and what kind of transfer case fluid is needed itll help a lot

I just got a 2010 ram and naturally because it was used, the vehicle description sheet didn't come with it. is there a way I can use the vin to get a print out of the vehicle description sheet? so I can look stuff up like axle ratio, fuel tank size, accessories etc....

I have some online training to do all of a sudden and it needs to be done soon. how can I get the website(s) to work properly, ako, alms etc.... I can usually get into the home pages but for instance alms I have 2 courses ive completed at laptops at work but there is no printer. so when I get home I can get it to show ive completed it but when I want to print it, only a blank page shows up. also I need to be able to get into other websites like for threat awareness (tarp) but when I google it and click the link for its home page it says there is a connection error. is there a place were I can download something that will make all these things possible for me to do at home?
