In the last year I have lost a fair amount of weight (50+ pounds) All through moderate diet and excercise. I am a 20 year old male. For a few weeks I will be away for the holiday, this means I will be surrounded by cookies, cakes, and cocoa, and very far away from my gym. I am lean and don't plan on losing more weight but I do not want to put on more either. Are there any vitamins or supplements you could reccomend to allow for a little bit of holiday indulgence? Any advice would be appreciated

Hello, I am born and raised American, my mother is Islamic and my father a Christian. I was raised to be open minded about all faiths though I was never formally versed in any one specifically. In light of the attacks in Paris I am forced to ask if the Islam extremist acts of terror are inspired by the words of the prophet or the words of his followers. Please I am not interested in hatred or radical extremism in any way. I am just curious about my own heritage and do not want to ask my mother about it.

I have been pretty strict for the last year. I'm a 20 year old guy and in the last twelve months I have dropped 50 pounds. I'm close to 150 pounds now. Lately I've been working on stopping my weight loss and eating roughly 2,000 a day. Sometimes over sometimes under but I figure it evens out. The last two days really got away from me and I need some advice on how I can recover.

That being said he displays a number of symptoms: Antisocial, one or two interests and ambivalence towards other topics, inability to make basic conversation, speech impaired, paranoia, compulsive lying, rapid mood swings, insomnia. Right now I'm around 200 pounds which is not as much as it sounds given my height and bone structure. I notice that in the past 16 months or so I've added an extra 10-15 pounds and it all seems to be in my stomach area. Any suggestions as to how to eliminate this extra weight over the course of a few months without making drastic changes?
