please bare with me...If u have an oil well producing 1,400 BPMonth, an depending on the value of each, we will say it comes to $130,000.00 just a round average value. Now the tax on that is around 11.5% equaling $14,950 In taxes and the mineral rights owner gets about $4,300 in royalties when all said an done...now im confused as to how the owner of this oil receives only about 1/3 of just the tax amount, let alone the net value $115,050 after tax! Now I seen a lease that clearly states "that 1/6th royalty of gross proceeds shall be paid to mineral owner" Now am I wrong to think it would be around $19k rather than $4k in royalties to the owner??? Thanks for your help!

Any one know what the average value of a lot in White Earth ND would be this day an age? Got no clue anymore and want to make sure I dont get robbed when I let them go....ty

They wrote up a contract an he started making payments, now this whole time the lot manager knew this was happening. The lot manager never liked my mom for reasons unknown an half way through the sale he told the buyer that the mobile home has to be moved out of the park an gives no reason to this day except it looks old an junky. (Which it dont, just needs painted) Its a 1993 home an there are way older models in the park. Anyway it completely ruined the sale, an the LM also chopped down all my moms rose bushes that were in front of the home plus shut the water off...she still has not received an eviction notice by court of law yet an its been since Nov. 29, 2013.....What do we do? Or what can we do?

Does verbal contract apply? My Dad gave me the house I grew up in for taking care of my step mother an little brother (l was 25, my bro 9, step mom 41) My step mom was dieing of cancer an Dad asked me to come up to ND to do this, I said yes an moved from Denver to ND. Well about 5 to 6 months later Step Mom passes away, it was the hardest most saddest, thing I ever had to do.....an this is while her other 2 biological kids wouldn't help. Anyway he gave me the house and a welding truck by verbal contract. Then he took my little bro an his girlfriend an moved to WYO. I stayed in the house till I went to work in Williston ND. Not long after my married that woman then a couple years later they divorced an she got $100k, the brand new truck and my house which she never even step foot in till then and she knew it was mine. Is there any thing possible that I can do to get this house back? I know its a long shot in the dark but I thought I might try, it couldn't hurt any more than it has TY

My mans knee clearly looks like it has rug burn on it. No bruising, just red raw skin gone. matches pics on the internet of bug burn. He says he fell on the ice with sweatpants on. I cheated on my ex and got rug burn and said the same thing.. that I fell on the ice. Do you know how I can tell the differance? Can he fall on the ice and scrape all the skin off his knee without bruising thru his pants?

Was wondering if anyone could tell me if my scrimshaw is real or not. It is a Ship Beatrice-1797 one sided, looks like a sharp tooth. It has a ship with some small birds flying over head, and a sun just to the right of the name (ship Beatrice). It has two sperm whales crossing over each other just below the ship. On the side it says (Luch to Women) spelled that way. At the very bottom it has a native band of some kind going around the bottom. Thanks

They gave me there number witch is in the UK and told me to call them with any questions. How do I know if this is 4 real or not? $10,000 to the best answer if this turns out to be real and I get the money. I have no bank account, so they are sending me a check. They sent me probate forms to fill out and send back by FAX and those only asked my name and how I was related to the person who passed and some other info that is not so important. They are NOT asking me for money. They are taking there 20% out then sending me a check when this is done. Can this be real? why would any one do this if not real?? also I am supossed to be interviewed by some agency of my choice to confirm this. That is my responcibility to get that done soon.
