OK My laptop says Im connected @ 54 MBPS. When I go to, say youtube, and try to watch a vid, it barely uses 1% and the vid pauses constantly while it buffers. Why cant I get it to use say 10%, or 50%?? I can watch streaming vids from other sites - no pauses, and it uses up to 50% for them. WTF gives??

I have a brand new 300MBPS Netgear router, so Im sure thats not the problem. I guess my laptop only supports 54, but even still, I should be able to watch a 3 minute vid without pauses right???

How does keeping drugs illegal, and unregulated, keep them out of the hands of kids? I hear the argument that if drugs were legalized, it would put more kids at risk. Id like to know how making "dealers" ask for ID, puts drugs in kids hands.
