I WANT TO CALCULATE, with IF FUNCTION, HELP ME PLEASE???
IF CELL (F14 IS NONE = NONE)
However if F14 Has Value (number) then I want to Calculate F32>F34 to Over or Under Reinforced
and if F14 HAS NO VALUE, then "NONE"
here's my excel formula, it states that too many functioned entered
=IF(F14="NONE","NONE",F14>0,(C F32>F34,"OVER REINFORCED","UNDER REINFORCED"))
