i am living in a house with 3 other people, my room is sharing a wall with another room, which is very thin. What would be the best way to stop more sound from traveling through the wall. Sound foam?

short story

I bought two studio monitors two and a half months ago, one of them being the display monitor, the other was brand new in a box. Paid full for both, they sales associate said they would exchange the display one they gave me for a new one once it came in, estimated ten days they told me.

After about 2 weeks I called and they said it was being shipped and said they would call me once they have one.

Called again about a week later, told me the same thing. Called a few more times over the next month or so, got the same answer. Then they said they got one in, but put it on display and would call me once they got one....

Just called again and they said they have one new one in stock now.

Whats the best way to go about getting a deal from them?

I got a pair of these speakers for studio monitors about a month ago. So far I have been careful with them to not damage them, but now when they aren't playing anything I can hear a buzzing noise from both of them from the tweeter and the mid. Hiss from the tweet and buzz from the mid. Is this because they are active speakers or is there something wrong with them? I assume that when they aren't playing anything they should be completely quiet.

It starts out set in france i believe and there is a lady on the phone with her husband/fiance or something and are discussing future plans, then she runs into a guy who acts like her knows her but she has no clue and he starts explaining events that have happened in her life trying to "convince" her i guess and says they have known each other for a very long time, then she gets mad and says you cant describe my life in a minute, then she steps back and gets hit by a car, i need to know the name of this i cant find it anywhere. thanks

Okay so I am dedicated to an Elite Rangers Server, and have played the new maps it loads prior to this happening.

But recently someone uploaded a new map called roof.

I thought this may be the problem so i deleted the usermap roof.

It now tries to load the maps iwd files over and over again, and once i deleted the roof iwd, it downloads the roof iwd everytime i delete it even if the map its trying to load is not roof.

What the hell is going on here?

Any help?
