Will Lo Mein noodles work for Jjajangmyeon? ?
Im a total noob when it comes to asian noodles and the like, but I want to make Korean Jjajangmeon. Would Lo Mein noodles work as replacement? I'v heard of using Vermicelli or Angle Hair pasta, but I feel like they way to skinny to work properly. Im mostly limited to places like Walmart, or Target in my local area to buy things since the closest asian market is like an hour and fifteen away. Any other type of noodle that could be a good substitution?
