Is being fast at a high bodyweight genetic? Like nfl players who are 5 10 220 who run 4 4 40s?

    To some extent. 

    Anyone can increase their fast twitch muscle fibers and improve their speed. 

    If you take someone completely unathletic like Tom Brady. He runs a 5.3 40. He could probably get down to 4.5 if he trained for it for several years. Maybe 4.4. He won't ever beat Usain Bolt though no matter how much he trains.
