He's a good QB but talent-wise I wouldn't put him at an elite level. There are 6'5 guys with huge arms coming out every year. 

If he had played he's about the 10th to 12th best so yes there are plenty better then him 

but very few are as dumb as him . 

He was a special talent.  It's very rare that a predator and a rapist of this magnitude shows up.  I would put him in the same category as Bill Clinton, maybe even Joe Biden.
