If you see a coworker wearing the same shirt they wore yesterday, would you notice it?

I'd probably notice it but I wouldn't say anything about it.

Would I notice? Quite possibly, if that person was someone that I would normally notice anyway. 

Would I care? No. How is it any of my business?

Would I comment on it? No, unless they were going to a client meeting (etc) and needed to look good, while the shirt was stained/smelling/crumpled or otherwise gave a bad impression.

I'd be unlikely to notice that, if the shirt seemed clean. 

Why? Does it smell bad? Or how shallow am I..

When I was in the work force.................judging coworkers was not part of my job.

i would if it were an alice cooper concert shirt from the 80s

If we are in uniform I only would notice it if there is an odor to denote certain... timeframes...

Maybe. Depends on the shirt.  I would definitely notice one with an obnoxious slogan or something noticeable like that.
