    30 ÷1/2 + 10

    BIDMAS

    = 30 x 2 + 10

    = 60 + 10 = 70

    The wording of your question is unclear ..

    30 divided by 1/2 + 10 is 70

    30 divided by (1/2 + 10) is 2.85

    It's not 70. 

    30 divided by 10.5 = 2.857...
