Americans just ruin things for each other. They're not doing as mandatory. Unlike Chinese helping one another. Yet, they got the nerves to blame them when they didn't cause it really.

China isn't known to be truthful in their reporting.
The US is very generous on what is considered a case and until Trump left office, the tests were made to be too sensitive leading to false positives.

China has actually now been long suspected for suppressing and downplaying the actual total number of cases that they've been reporting. There are many and it's not just the U.S. that's not believing China is reporting accurately what the total number of cases are. Many of the governments of other countries has questioned the numbers that they've published. Some feel that the total cases of China is far higher by more than twenty times. China admitted early on that their numbers were off, and more than doubled the total number of cases they'd reported. The Chinese government also doesn't have exactly the most trustworthy history of being honest about many other things. So as a result their number covid-19 cases will be questioned.

American 'freedom' attitude. A near total lock down enforced by police was done in China.
