Im an athlete why i dont have an athlete heart bpm?

I read most athletes have heart bpm as low as 40-49 i dont get it i been working out my whole life i do 1hr 10 mins cardio. 5 days a week for the last 5 years.i workout yet i still have a normal heart bpm of 79-85 i dont get it how come i dont have athlete lower heartbeat? Is something i doin wrong?

    Athletes have all kinds of resting heart rates. Don't sweat it.
