Is it possible to make an artificial black hole and use it to generate electricity?

Update:

Sorry meant a real black hole that could be created then collapsed.

    No, ZPMs from sci-fi's Stargate franchise are not possible. They are, after all, science fiction. Also, if it were possible to open a black hole and generate electricity, for the electricity to be real, the black hole would have to be real, not artificial.
