Costs? About $3800 and up for a new one.
Lets assume payments are $100/month
.Plus insurance; Average $48/mo. Comp (needed w/financed bike) about $75..
Plus PPE. Say, $500. Including jacket boots, new gloves and helmet.
Gas, maybe $36/month.
$4300 cash outlay.
.If financed, about $211./mo.
If paid off; about $84/mo.
Not including tires, maintenance; these only last 7-24,000 miles. Cost $78-$241, Each. Harley dealer is $140/Hour.

A new one will probably be more than $3000. Have a look at the CSC TT250, then mentally add the cost of licensing, taxes, shipping to your location.
Then, add in the cost of insurance. I hope your medical coverage is up to date and good to go too.

My current one, an ancient MZ350 was free. The frame had extensive serious corrosion damage and I already had a perfectly good bare frame which I had also obtained for zilch due to corrosion (which I repaired) to rebuild it with. I’ve spent very little in cash for other parts, cutting/grinding discs and welding wire/gas but a lot in sweat and skinned knuckles.
My brother’s one cost him over £30,000.
So anywhere between those two examples, and can easily be a *lot* more.

Anywhere from a few thousand dollars to 30,000+ for a high end Harley or Indian. You do realize there are too many variables to give you a real answer?
