South Africa. There is racism all over the world.

tolerance of differences that others may have is, apparently, in short supply in the world.  i suggest that growing up in your native culture is most likely to be successful.  After that, a pluralistic society that already features people with different appearances would likely be best.  Example:  Indonesia [excluding the Aceh region].]
