Genetic engineering will make humans extinct, we will become a smarter and stronger species but no longer recognizable to today's humans.

Technological will be the first change, a computer brain interface will give us instant access to all available information, a computer will know what we want before we know it and instruct a robot to complete the task.  AI will be essential to be able to get to that stage.

Equality is the hardest part to predict, with robots performing all of the work cheaper than humans can perform them, there is going to be a clear need for UBI.   I am not sure that will be enough.  An insecure and ruthless nation, who gets there first, might use their (temporary) advantage to do a preemptive bio strike to reduce foreign populations and even decimate their own as they will be no longer needed.

We really need to be nicer to each other...

I think there's a good chance we'll be living in a radioactive wasteland.  I used to have a more positive view of our future, but frankly it seems too many things are pointing us in the wrong direction.
