Is it really possible to brush your teeth in just two minutes?

It takes about 5-10 minutes for me to brush all my teeth in detail. I do not get how people could brush all their teeth in just two minutes. I was brushing my teeth for about 2 minutes before, and had dental issues, but my oral heelth is much, much better right now. So, I do not get this all 2 minutes thing.

If you are spending ten minutes to brush your teeth, you are going to wear away your enamel prematurely.   This is not good.

2 minute thing may work if you are also flossing with regular floss and use a "water pik." That adds up to about 7-10 minutes and it is worth it, add another minute for mouth wash too.

I brush for around 2 minutes and i haven’t had a cavity in over 10 years.  I don’t see why it takes 10 minutes for you.  Brushing each tooth individually is not the way it is supposed to be

A regular 10 minutes will eventually wear away your enamel.

    It's not necessary.
