if you are cycling on a shared user path?

do you for reals need to give way to a pedestrian, or just be able to dominate as you are quicker  and smarter than they is?.

    Yes sweetie, yes cyclists do have to give way to pedestrians. Try working on your English 101 as well as your road etiquette.

    Depends on who they are, if it's children who are unpredictable in their movements, I slow right down, the same with animals or older people.  If they seem like they are intelligent or 'with it' adults, then I just slow down and ring my bell or politely inform them that I'm coming past!

    You won't think you're smart at all sitting in jail. However you better hope you're quick. Because if the bandits catch you; well I guess you're smart enough to figure that one out Toby.
