Stellantis is a publicly traded company with its main headquarters in the Netherlands (Holland). It was formed this year by the 50:50 merger of FCA and PSA. (Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot Citroën groups).
Ownership of Stellantis at the time of posting this answer is divided as follows:-
Exor N.V. (14.40%)
Group-owned stock (12.59%)
Peugeot family (7.20%)
Bpifrance (5.66%) [French Gov’t]
Dongfeng Motor Corporation (4.91%)
UBS Securities 4.88%
BlackRock (3.57%)
Vanguard Group 2.67%.
That gives Stellantis a controlling majority share total of 55.88% of stock.
The remaining 44.12% is held by a variety of individual minority shareholders including pension funds, trust funds, mutual assurance societies, private individuals, and similar.
A complete list of all of those is far beyond the scope of this answer as it would comprise many tens of thousands of names. But as they are all outvoted by the majority shareholding group, true controlling ownership is wholly with the Stellantis group.
