Is my tattoo infected? ?

I can’t tell if my tattoo is infected or healing. No oozing pus, hotness, fever. but is slightly itchy and the redness around is scaring me. any help?

That tat is terrible. I can't make out the face on the right. It also took a few seconds to figure out what it was supposed to be.

It's just healing, but it does look red and angry. Whoever did it hasn't done a very good job Hun, there are a lot of gaps in your lines.
